When you use our contact form or send us an email, we collect your name, email address, organisation name, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage our engagement with you.
Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

Data retention
We retain contact enquiry information for up to two years, or for the duration of a client relationship plus seven years (to meet tax and legal record-keeping obligations). Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. This site is served over HTTPS. Email communications are transmitted via standard internet protocols; we recommend not sending sensitive information via email.
